At tradebrick.in, we offer our customers to cancel the order anytime within 12 Hrs of placing the order, just drop an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and your order will stand as canceled and your full refund will be initiated in case of online payment only and it will get back credited to your payment source within 7 working days.
We endeavor hard to provide our customers with the widest range of high-quality products. Further, our customers get the opportunity to return the product in the following circumstances:
- Product is used/altered/poor in quality/Defective product.
- Physical / in-transit damage to the product.
- Empty boxes or lesser quantity received than the quantity ordered.
- Wrong item or size sent from what ordered.
The customer is not eligible to return the product in the following circumstances:
- It’s “No longer needed”.
- The customer is unaware to handle the item/product and is unable to use it.
- Customers cancel the order post 12 Hrs from placing an order.
- Made to Product(on demand) will not be returned.
- Wrong item/size/colour ordered and customer want to exchange.
- In the case of protective footwear, no order will be returned or exchanged if there is any size fitting issue.
If customer finds any defect or damage in the product they ordered then they must report the return request through email at email@example.com within a day with proper order details, damage or defect, and proper images. Trade Brick will arrange the Pickup facility from the delivery address only and customers make sure the package and their belongings keep in proper condition as they are delivered with any item unused and part missing.
After successful pickup and physical inspection of the product in our warehouse, the full amount paid at the time of placing the order shall be successfully credited into their (customer’s) account within seven working days after the day we receive our product back.
